February is the perfect time to visit Morris Arboretum to enjoy the freshly blooming Witchhazels! These early harbingers of spring range in color from red to orange to yellow and have heady, spicy aroma. Be sure to stop at the Visitor’s Center to pick up a Witchhazel map that details the shrubs’ locations throughout the 92-acre garden. Compare the different varieties’ flowers and scent and then decide “Witchhazel” is your favorite!
