Decomposers are a very large and diverse classification of creatures in our ecosystem. They play a very necessary role as the ‘garbage men' of the food web. Investigate some of these creatures’ life cycles and habitats and discover the various ways they are able to clean up natures messes and create the building blocks for life again. For children ages 6-9.
