Young Friends of The Schuylkill Center: Geo-Caching in the Dark
April 29, 2011
| Read Reviews/Comments
Geocaching is an outdoor treasure-hunting game in which participants use a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver to hide and seek containers (geocaches). You’ll work with Geoventures, Inc to learn how to use hand-held GPS units and then traverse The Schuylkill Center trails with flashlights to complete a fun and challenging geocaching course in the dark! The Young Friends of The Schuylkill Center support and promote the mission of The Schuylkill Center through social, educational, and fundraising activities. It is a social and philanthropic group for members and non-members ages 21 to 45.
