Film Lecturer Michael McGonigle from the Philadelphia Museum of Art will take a humorous look at how Native Americans have been portrayed in Hollywood films. From the preposterously savage to the unbelievably noble, audiences will be invited to consider how these stereotypes came about and assess critically whether things are any better today. This event takes place in Room 108.
