Absolutely True Diary of a Full-time Artist: Comics Studio with Ellen Forney

Artist Ellen Forney, a Philadelphia native and the mind behind the clever art work in The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, will teach participants how to develop their own comic art. Forney's work includes collaborative projects with columnist Dan Savage and comedienne Margaret Cho, and has been featured in L.A. Weekly, Seattle's The Stranger, and The Oxford American. This is a Teen-Friendly event.
