Centennial Tour

Centennial Tours explore the history, art and architecture of Memorial Hall, first home of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the 1876 World’s Fair. Centennial Tour guests will enjoy: the restored architecture of Memorial Hall, listed on the National Register of Historic Places; a behind-the-scenes tour of Memorial Hall filled with fun facts from the building’s 20th century history as a multi-use recreation center; a fully restored 1908 Woodside Park Dentzel Carousel; an 1889 scale model that depicts the Centennial’s landscape including Memorial Hall, plus 200 buildings erected for the World’s Fair (housed inside the Centennial Exploration exhibit).

Tickets:
Walk-Up Tour: $15, guided tours are available Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at 2 pm
Self-Guided Tour: $12, visitors without children may take a self-guided tour at any time during regular museum hours
50% off Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday on 2 pm Walk up tours -
