175 years to the day of Laurel Hill Cemetery’s incorporation, we duly mark the milestone birthday of one of America’s most celebrated cemeteries, and the first in our nation to be honored with the designation of National Historic Landmark.

Birthday gifts – otherwise considered the cost of admission – will include live music, spirits, heavy hors d’oeuvres, and an opportunity to toast Laurel Hill Cemetery’s special day over a cake with candles aplenty. Your gift will also keep on giving, directly supporting the continued restoration of our historic site, as outlined in our 175th Anniversary Campaign objectives.

The party will be held in the Conservatory, the beautiful, atmospheric, former greenhouse on the grounds of our historic sister Cemetery, West Laurel Hill, also still going strong after over 140 years in operation.

Cocktail attire is recommended, but guests are also invited to don Victorian garb or the period attire of Laurel Hill’s founding fathers.
