Everyone is invited to celebrate the Jewish New Year of Trees at Morris Arboretum’s Tu B’Shevat Family Day on Sunday January 30, 1:00 – 3:00pm! Attendees will learn what trees need to survive and how to care for them (in your yard and neighborhoods). Everyone will take home a tree seedling and a nametag for their “tree buddy.” The day will also include a special performance by Andi Joseph ~ The Musical Mommy. and tours of special trees at the Arboretum to celebrate the day.

Throughout the week of Sunday, January 23– Sunday, January 30, in hour-long sessions, pre-K through 3rd grade groups will transplant a tree seedling to take home, learn how to care for their new tree buddy, and take a short tour of the Morris Arboretum.
