Celebrate the New Year with some bubbly at Granite Hill. Schramsberg Vineyard--one of Napa Valley’s premier wine producers--helped bring American sparking wines to the world stage by creating wines in the authentic Méthode Champenoise. Many consider Schramsberg wines to be a great rival to French Champagne and the superior product has been served in the White House since the early 70s. Richard Nixon even poured the ’69 Blanc de Blanc for the famous “toast the peace” dinner during his visit to China. To celebrate Schramsberg, Granite Hill chef Philippe Trosch has created a special three-course meal.
