A great patriot and politician, Benjamin Franklin was one of the nation’s most influential Founding Fathers and Philadelphia’s first Governor. To celebrate the 305th anniversary of his birth and explore the political landscape now and then, area residents and visitors are invited to a free seminar on Pennsylvania politics featuring PA State Representative Hon. Josh Shapiro, Dr. Joseph Foster, and Dick Polman, a Procession and a Wreath Laying Ceremony. Also, tickets are available for a Luncheon commemorating the Hon. Edward G. Rendell.
