The Other Wes Moore in an exploration of youth in America and why some kids succeed while others do not. Moore's book is the true story of two boys with the same name; one becomes the first ever African American Rhodes Scholar from Johns Hopkins University while the other serves a life sentence in prison. Moore currently serves as an investment professional in New York. He was one of Ebony Magazine's "Top 30 Leaders Under 30" in 2007 and selected by Crain's New York Business as one of their "40 Under 40 Rising Stars" in 2009.
