Paper making may sound technical but it’s really not! In this fun new workshop Fairmount Art Center is going to demystify the process and get creative! Make paper pulp with toilet tissue, newspaper, construction paper and more. Add decorative elements like glitter, paper bits, pressed flowers, colored pulp, onion skins, pine needles; basically anything flat-ish! You’ll be involved with all aspects of the process from making and blending the watery-pulp to pulling screens to forming sheets. Come ready to experiment, explore and get a little wet!
