    A doll comes to life in this fantastical comic ballet also known as The Girl With Enamel Eyes. Broadcast live from the Paris Opera Ballet, this new production, choreographed by Patrice Bart, is set in a bizarre world rife with imagery of doubles and illusions created by set designer Ezio Toffolutti.
