Originally made up of Russian refugees, Ballets Russes would go on to feature all-time greats like George Balanchine and revolutionize the form. This charming documentary combines incredible archival footage and interviews with former stars to present a one-of-a-kind look into the famed company. Shown in conjunction with the first annual Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts, and their theme, "Paris, 1911".
