Kwame Holland: The Art of Hip Hop
October 24, 2010
Family Arts Academy offers weekend workshops and classes for families, as well as art career mentoring, all targeted to families with students in Philadelphia public schools (all activities are also open to the broader public). At this event, audiences will meet Kwame Holland, popular rapper, arranger and producer and hear about his personal triumphant artistic experiences. Everyone will then have a chance to try their hand at some hip hop inspired street art with street artist David Solan.
