    Dr. Bulent Atalay, a bestselling author and world-renowned authority on Leonardo da Vinci, will present the Leonardo Imaginings 2010 Keynote for adults during the Da Vinci Science Center’s two-day celebration of its namesake. An emeritus Professor of Physics at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Va., Dr. Atalay will present his program, titled “Leonardo’s Universe,” following the Meritage Catering Keynote Dinner. Leonardo’s Imaginings 2010–which also will include two days of public specials–is sponsored by Crayola, the Peter C. His 2004 book, Math and the Mona Lisa: The Art and Science of Leonardo da Vinci has sold more than 200,000 copies in English, and has been published in 12 different languages. Dr. Atalay’s 2009 book, Leonardo’s Universe is a multi-dimensional biography that connects Leonardo’s brilliance in mathematics and the sciences with his extraordinary artistic talents.
