Meatballs are a popular treat in many different cultures and are common in the cuisines of over a dozen nations, including Sweden. As part of the current exhibit on Swedish food, Go Swedish! , the ASHM is hosting a Meatball Contest. ASHM is inviting members of the community, as well as local restaurants, to enter and serve up their potentially prize winning meatballs at the contest. The South Philly Review is the Museum's media partner for this event and will be providing special advertising opportunities and coverage. Attendees and local contestants will be able to taste and vote for the best restaurant meatballs and their professional chef attendees will judge the Community’s entries. Everyone is welcomed to come and see if your meatballs are the greatest of them all. Fun and deliciousness is guaranteed!
