The new mural by Ann Northrup presents a cinematic celebration of the diverse rural markets of the world. As part of Mural Arts' Restorative Justice Program, inmates at the State Correctional Institution at Graterford and re-entry workers from the Philadelphia Prison System assisted in the design and painting of this mural.
