    The Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation, located in Ridley Creek State Park in Media, PA, will be open on Grandparent’s Day, Sunday, September 12 and will be offering half price ($3) on one adult admission for all grandparents who come out accompanied by their grandchildren. The price for children 4-12 years is $4; children under 4 years of age are free.

    The Plantation’s hours are 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM with the last entry at 4:30 PM. Lunch and souvenirs may also be purchased. Sorry, no credit cards accepted.

    The Colonial Pennsylvania Plantation is an independent non-profit 18th century living history farm museum located within Ridley Creek State Park. It is most easily reached via the park’s Route 3 entrance just west of Newtown Square. Visit www.colonialplantation.org to learn more about this and other events.
