    September is Sickle Cell Awareness Month and the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America, Philadelphia/ Delaware Valley Chapter sponsors an Annual Sickle Cell Seminar, "Shaping the Global Future of Sickle Cell Disease". The program topics include Transition; Bone Marrow Transplantation; Medical Treatments; ER Etiquette and End of Life Issues. Multicultural Information and Community/Health Resources will also be available.
