Visitors can see demonstrations of the use of the Colonial Long Rifle used by the Americans during the Revolutionary War and discover the flashes and smoke screens created when these essential weapons were fired, in the Philadelphia Campaign and the Battle of the Brandywine. The air will be filled with the smell created by weapons fired on Colonial battle fields during the Revolution.  Costumed interpreters will show audiences what actually had to be done to care for, load and fire these guns in battlefield conditions and in camp.
