    Spotlight on Vintage 2010 Winemaker Tom Carroll, Jr. will comment on 2010, one of the driest and hottest growing season in PA history. The evening will feature French cuisine from the Alsace wine region. Crossing’s Event Manager and “foodie” Kate Sielski will offer her insight on these regional specialties and how they can be paired with wine. The five-course menu will feature award-winning vintages from the 2010 competition season. Reservation required. Call for reservations or buy online.
