Explore the similarities and differences between representational and abstract work and how understanding this relationship will further one's artistic growth. Bonnie Mettler, known for her strong foundation and portrait instruction, and Marianne Mitchell, known for conveying the abstract process to students through integrative thinking, team up for an exciting and thought-provoking day of discussion, demos, and critique. Participants are invited to bring no more than 3 pieces of work for critiques within a constructive and supportive environment.
