The At Home Series is an exclusive offering for members to get a sneak peek into must-see, private gardens. This program begins at the garden of Nancy Ondra, accomplished author or co-author of a dozen books on gardening. Her garden, an abundance of bloom with fantastic color combinations and touches of whimsy, will leave you inspired. Nancy contributes to two garden blogs: www.gardeninggonewild.com and www.hayefield.com. Just down the road is the garden of architect Chris Beardsley. Of his 30-acre property, three acres have been cultivated for the buildings, gardens and stream providing a wonderful sense of place. Bring your own lunch and make a day of it in the Quakertown area. Transportation is on your own. Directions and destinations will be emailed to participants. Limited to 20. Membership to the Scott Arboretum is required.
