Sonni is a writer, performer, and musician working and living in the center of Philadelphia and on the coast of the Jersey Shore. She has been performing live shows for a little over 4 years, in venues of all shapes and sizes. Recently she has joined forces with 4 others (musical superheroes), creating a multi-dimensional funkified soundscape sure to stimulate the mind, pleasure the ears. Here are her songs, heavily influenced by the ideals and styles of old school punk and early roots reggae, and inspired by the truthful simplicity and "raw" storytelling of folk music.

Touch is the collaborative effort of 5 musicians born and raised in the Philadelphia area. The friends met while in college in Philadelphia and discovered a connection in their musical tastes and their ways of thinking. With strong musical roots based in jazz and rock, Touch shares the love of McCoy Tyner, Pat Metheny, Thelonious Monk, Miles Davis, Medeski Martin and Wood, Jaga Jazzist, Tortoise, Jeff Beck, Yes, The Beatles and the Grateful Dead, just to name a few. Touch uses unique rhythmic sensibilites and innovative improvisational techniques to seamlessly blend groove-based jazz, energetic funk, and their own progressive style to create a wholly modern and eclectic sound.
