Pianist Cecile Licad
February 4, 2011
Called "a pianist's pianist" by The New Yorker, Cecile Licad began her piano studies at the age of three in her native Philippines and later trained with Rudolf Serkin and Mieczyslaw Horszowski at Curtis. Following a well-received recital debut in 2009, Licad returns to Benjamin Franklin Hall with another virtuosic program of works by Scriabin, Janacek, Chopin and Schumann.
