    A creative workshop led by NY artist Cynthia Berkshire, developing out of her performance project, 'IRIS gets ready for her date.' Using movement, writing, props, and storytelling, participants are guided in exploring feelings and thoughts about women’s bodies. Including a warmup and research explorations leading to group performance, both women and men are invited. Please wear comfortable clothing.
