History comes alive this summer at Valley Forge! Tours, programs, and living history demonstrations are happening every day through Labor Day — and most activities are free!

Begin at the Visitor Center to find out how to explore the park by car, by foot, or by guided tour.  Learn about the Valley Forge Encampment on a Ranger-Led Walk.  Take a guided Trolley Tour through the park.  Talk to Continental soldiers and see re-constructed huts at the Muhlenberg Brigade living history encampment site.  Walk through Washington's Headquarters and learn about his military family at the restored Train Station.  Learn about the civilian experience at Varnum's Quarters.

Kids can learn all about the Park's history and natural resources on the Junior Ranger Guided Walk offered every morning or muster into the Continental Army during the Join the Continental Army program offered every afternoon.  The whole family will enjoy the Once Upon a Nation Storytelling Benches as professional storytellers share stories about the Revolution.

On Saturdays, learn about 18th century espionage at the Once Upon a Nation Secrets & Spies kids program or join Martha and George Washington for dinner and a tour on the Once Upon a Nation After Hours Tour.

On Sunday afternoons in June & July, visit the Washington Memorial Chapel for a free Carillon Concert.

Fees charged for Trolley Tours, Secrets & Spies, and Valley Forge After Hours.
