Guests can see dozens of patent models dating to the nineteenth century. U.S. patent applicants were required to submit miniature working models of their inventions in addition to supporting documents. The exhibit will include patents created by women inventors, transportation-related models, inventions for facilitating household chores, and more. Visitors should use Hagley's main entrance off of route 141 in Wilmington, Delaware.
