The Newseum, recently opened in 2007, is located adjacent to the Smithsonian Museum on the National Mall. It offers visitors an experience that blends five centuries of news history with up to the second technology and hands on exhibitions. The Newseum features seven levels of galleries, theaters, retail spaces and restaurants with menus catered exclusively by Wolfgang Puck. It has had rave reviews by the public, and is quoted as educational, inspirational, and a whole lot of fun! The tour will also take you to Anderson House, the eclectic mansion that was designed for Larz Anderson, an American diplomat.
