    A private cooking demonstration and tasting by Chef Michael Solomonov at his latest restaurant, Zahav. Israeli-born Solomonov will explain the diverse influences that define Israeli cuisine. Come get a glimpse into the creative process of one of Philly's hottest chefs as you sample this delicious cuisine. All food will be vegetarian/kosher-style.
