
National Public Lands Day

Saturday, September 26, 2009, 8:30am - 2:00pm Join the nation's largest hands-on volunteer effort to improve and enhance the nation's 600 million acres of public lands. At Valley Forge, beginning at 8:30 a.m. volunteers can join in projects that enhance and preserve the Park, take a guided nature hike and attend an Environmental Expo and a youth workshop. Free and open to the public.
