Dr. Elliot Engel encompasses the breadth and depth of Leonardo da Vinci's unique genius through biographical anecdotes and large doses of humor. Professor Engel brings to life this great artist and even reveals the mystery of Mona Lisa's smile. Originally from Indianapolis, Dr. Engel now resides in Raleigh, NC where he has taught courses at the University of North Carolina, NC State and Duke University. He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. as a Woodrow Wilson Fellow at UCLA. In addition to his busy lecture schedule, Dr. Engel has published seven books both in England and the United States. Lower Brandywine Presbyterian Church is located at 101 Old Kennett Rd, Wilmington, DE 19807 (Route 52 at Old Kennett Road, across from Winterthur) It will be wise to arrive early for this lecture, as Dr. Engel is extremely popular, and space is limited for this FREE event.
