Tonight, join Keith Wallace, founder of the Wine School and accomplished former executive chef, who will present for you a menu of simple, comforting fare along with the wines that pair best with tonight's dishes. All of the recipes demonstrated this evening are prepared in connection with Keith's forthcoming cookbook from Running Press.
