    Richie, for those not in the know, is a blue/rock guitar virtuoso with a soulful singing style, who was discovered in the late 80s at the age of 18 a signed to a record deal with Shrapnel Records. He was featured on Mr. Big studio releases Get Over It and Actual Size, Kotzen replaced Paul Gilbert as Mr. Big's lead guitarist in 2000 after previously replacing CC DeVille in Poison having played on and written the majority of their 1993 release Native Tongue.
