At KidFest, an annual tradition for families with young children, the Sculpture Park and art studios at Abington Art Center will be transformed into a kid-centered art extravaganza complete with a rock & roll kid’s concert by Ernie & Neal whose interactive performance can be called “Music for the Young Mind.” Ernie & Neal will rock KidFest starting at 6:30 pm while art activities, programs and vendors will fill the Sculpture Park, the art studios and the outdoor pavilion from 5:30-8:30 pm. There will be T-shirt painting, tile painting and more! Food and beverages will be available for purchase, but families may bring a picnic. KidFest is also the opening event for the annual art exhibition for children in AAC’s summer programs. Stay tuned for updates! Rain or Shine.
