Author Event: A Conversation with Robert K. Wittman
June 22, 2010
Robert K. Wittman is the former senior investigator and founder of the Federal Bureau of Investigation's National Art Crime Team who, over the course of his 20-year career, recovered more than $225 million worth of stolen art and cultural property—Rembrandt paintings, original copies of the Bill of Rights and more—from international professional theft rings. His memoir Priceless is “a spellbinding narrative of an FBI agent’s journey into the crazy murk of… high-stakes art theft,” writes author Buzz Bissinger.
