Recipient of a 2005 Canadian Comedy Award, Samantha Bee holds the title of Most Senior Correspondent at The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, which she joined in 2003. She also recently appeared in the feature film Motherhood alongside Uma Thurman. Bee’s first book, I Know I Am, But What Are You, is a collection of frank and humorous personal essays, detailing everything from her teenage car thieving, to her girlhood crush on Jesus, to her eclectic career history.
