At Bootcamp Philly the goal is to train your body to function at its optimal level like a well oiled machine, resulting in you looking and feeling your best! We do this through functional training moves that blast multiple muscle groups at once, which enables your body to burn the most fat in the shortest period of time. We also incorporate flexibility and ultimate core strengthening moves so your body is ready for any challenge. The class is tailored to suit all fitness levels, so lace up your sneakers and join us! Expect to achieve tremendous results and have fun doing it! See you there!
