    Program IV features two Company premieres: Jerome Robbins' "Afternoon of a Faun" and William Forsythe's "In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated". In addition, Program IV includes a Balanchine masterpiece, "Square Dance" and an encore presentation of Annabelle Lopez Ochoa's "Requiem for a Rose".
