 erformance Series for the 25th Anniversary Season (2009-2010). Philadelphi
 a's premiere incubator program for emerging dancers and performance artist
 s\, the first New Edge Mix performance of our eight-event season will feat
 ure dancers/choreographers Ami Dowden-Fant\, Jennifer Morley\, Kate Speer\
 , and Alie Vidich\, and physical theatre artist Mary Tuomanen.\n Expect th
 e unexpected at this first New Edge Mix of our 25th Anniversary Season. Wh
 y should this season be any different? The CEC is known by artists and aud
 iences alike for its edgy\, often down right outrageous\, dance and perfor
 mance presentations. A highly inventive group of young artists will bring 
 us dance and theatre that will entertain and stimulate. From Jennifer Morl
 ey's humorous dance inspired by 1953 homemakers to the daring acrobatics o
 f physical theatre artist Mary Tuomanen (she will swing from the rafters l
 iterally)\, you won't soon forget this engaging evening of live performanc
