  intricate of all Tibetan sand mandalas\, the Kalachakra mandala\, will be
  created over a period of four weeks\, 5 days per week by Ven. Losang Samt
 en\, former attendant to the 14th Dalai Lama\, Philadelphia resident\, and
  internationally recognized master of this art form.  All are welcome to c
 ome and observe as Ven. Samten creates this peace offering to the City of 
 Philadelphia.  The evolving work will further serve as the theme for an ex
 citing series of arts and cultural events also taking place at the Gershma
 n Y including performances by local and international dancers\, musicians\
 , filmmakers and scholars\, including: Group Motion Dance Company\, Univer
 sity of the Arts\, Tibetan Buddhist Monks\, and many others.  All correspo
