 Suono Chamber Music Concert Series. 'Samuel Barber at 100: The Composers a
 nd His World' is Dolce Suono's celebration of the great American composer'
 s centennial. The concert features Barber's Summer Music and Capricorn Con
 certo along with works by Menotti\, Rorem\, Higdon\, and Ludwig. Dolce Suo
 no ensemble musicians will perform: Mimi Stillman\, flute and alto flute\;
  Geoffrey Deemer\, oboe\; Samuel Caviezel\, clarinet\; Paul Demers\, clari
 net and bass clarinet\; Michelle Rosen\, bassoon\; Shelley Showers\, Frenc
 h horn\; Jeffrey Curnow\, trumpet\; Hirono Oka\, violin\; Yumi Kendall\, c
 ello\; Charles Abramovic\, piano\; Gabe Globus-Hoenich\, percussion. Dolce
  Suono engages the audience in chamber music at a profound level through i
 nnovative\, dynamic programming spanning Baroque to contemporary music\, t
 alks and panel discussions by performers\, scholars\, and guest composers\
