Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) is hosting a spring festival Sunday, June 9, 2024, from 12pm – 4pm (rain date: June 23) to connect with our dedicated community who have generously aided the mission of FELS especially our children and families.
The event will be hosted by our Paley Early Learning Center 2199 Strahle Street Philadelphia, PA 19152
This event provides the opportunity to involve the public in FELS’ important mission. Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) provides excellence in early childhood education for all families from diverse backgrounds throughout the Delaware Valley. FELS is a recognized leader, helping families and children access affordable childcare, provide innovative programs (STEM, literacy, outdoor environment activities, creative arts, music, culture, and much more), and consultation services to the early childhood community.
